Question:

In the Agent Implementation Guide it could be read: "Configure the spooldir parameter in the agentparm.txt file to help ensure that the agents of the cluster share a common spool directory."

On a Windows machine, does this mean that setting needs to point to a mapped network drive or UNC path?

Environment:

Windows OS

Answer:

You have to use a path defined with the UNC notation yet you have to make sure your agent version is not older than 11.3 SP4 Incr1 due to the ability to use it was delivered with this agent release.
