Issue/Introduction

Cloudproxy - version: 54.45.0.148 - Support for Linux 8. Can you confirm that this version of cloud proxy is supported on Linux 8?

Resolution

APM 24.1 is the first release to explicitly support RHEL 8. If a release is not included in the compatibility guide, it is almost always not supported.

You are using a 23.1 Cloud Proxy which only supports RHEL 7.6. Please upgrade to the current CP release of 24.3.2.25. 

 

For the DX APM 2023.1 release, its compatibility guide lists cloudproxy supporting RHEL 7.6 only and not explicitly stating support for RHEL 8:
