Issue/Introduction

Cloud SWG admin wants to check if specific destination/category traffic is going to DLP for scanning or not?

Resolution

Login to Cloud SWG portal.

  1. Click REPORTS from dashboard it will open Report Center
  2. Click Actions right next to Proxy Log from Report Center
  3. Click Run... it will open Report Options
  4. Click Add Criteria in Report Options window as required
  5. Set appropriate Date is, Site, Category or any other Filter criteria as per your requirement and finally select Request Scan Service is symc_dlp_icap_group
  6. Click Run Report to view the requests matching Filter criteria which are going to DLP for scanning
