How to download the Sybase jconn4.jar from a PAM Appliance that already has it uploaded.

Issue/Introduction

PAM Admin noticed that the Sybase integration is not a Global Cluster option in PAM and needs to copy Sybase Jar file to other PAM Appliances that don't have it.

Within PAM; you cannot download it from PAM UI after uploading, only delete it and they couldn't find the initial jconn4.jar that they originally uploaded.

 

Resolution

Please open a support case.  Support will be able to SSH/FTP to an appliance which has the correct Sybase jar on it and download it so, you can upload it to another PAM Appliance.
