When open URL for the Service Point, it fails to login using NTLM authentication. Instead it displays this on the screen
Hit F12 and the browser development console shows error like
This happens to all users who belong to certain access type while other users who belong to other access type can login Service Point no problem.
Environment
Service Point 17.3 and higher
Resolution
Follow these steps
login to Service Desk web interface as admin.
click on Administration-->Security and Role management-->Access Types and open the access type for which the users have this issue.
click on tab APPs and make sure Service Point is default app. if it is not set it as default app by click on the radio button and then click on "Set Default APP" button; if you don't see it in the list, add it to the list via button "Update apps" and then make it as default app.
