Issue/Introduction

We upgraded a week ago and now none of our nimbus created accounts can log into OC. We see invalid password. 

Environment

UIM 20.4CU8

Cause

Customer did not upgrade infrastructure manager. IM was still version 4.10 and not 20.4.8

Resolution

Upgrade IM
