Getting error 'Cannot find the BIN directory or WC Options have started from an unexpected directory' when selecting Tools --> Options from the Vantage toolbar.

Issue/Introduction

In the Windows Client, when the 'Tools' option is selected from the Vantage toolbar (at the top of the window), and then 'Options' is selected, the Windows Client generates the error message 'Cannot find the BIN directory or WC Options have started from an unexpected directory'.

Cause

The Vantage Windows client does NOT support the Windows 11 OS.
