Issue/Introduction

NCM Report Advisor (RA) 9.6 supported/qualified on NCM core 10.1.x.

Support for upgrading third party services like Tomcat/Java in NCM RA 9.6 or vulnerability fixes.

Environment

NCM - 9.6 on NCM core - 10.1.x

Resolution

NCM Report Advisor (RA) 9.6 is no longer supported with NCM core 10.1.x.

NCM 9.6 release has reached the end of support. Vulnerability and defect fixing is not supported for the end of support products.

 

Customer can look for Documentation and Knowledge Articles for self-service for RA, however support via Cases will not be provided.
