Unable to send PGB CUR to tenant s3 bucket

Issue/Introduction

PGB CURs are not being delivered to the tenant s3 bucket after configuring their account to receive them.

Resolution

You can only send PGB CURs to a tenant bucket when they are configured as consolidated, or standalone PGB blocks. Full family blocks are not supported.

For consolidated PGB blocks, the s3 bucket must exist in the same account that is configured as the PGB block designated payer.
