Unable to send PGB CUR to tenant s3 bucket

Issue/Introduction

PGB CURs are not being delivered to the tenant s3 bucket after configuring their account to receive them.

Resolution

You can only send PGB CURs to a tenant bucket when they are configured under consolidated, or standalone PGB blocks. This is outlined in our documentation here https://help.cloudhealthtech.com/partners/complete-additional-configuration-aws#create-a-cost-and-usage-report-at-the-partner-customer-level 


Also, the consolidated PGB block designated payer MUST be set to the account at the tenant level where you've configured the s3 bucket (step 13).
