A2A Error " <!-- Cloakware Issue [<!-- 0 0]"

Issue/Introduction

PAM Admin installed our A2A Agent v4.12.3.48 onto a Redhat 8.8 server.  Upon testing with the cspmclient or cspmclient64, with their Alias, they get the following error:

 <!-- Cloakware Issue [<!-- 0 0]

Environment

PAM 4.1.x

Resolution

The CSPM_CLIENT_HOME variable was not set.

Additional Information

Note:  with the cspm_client_config.xml set to

 <loglevel>FINE</loglevel>

it wasn't reproducible.  When set to:

 <loglevel>INFO</loglevel>

It was reproducible everytime.
