Issue/Introduction
Under Broadcom, we have an updated policy for versions of products that are End Of Life (EOL).
This covers versions of VMware Smart Assurance (Smarts, W4N, NCM) and VMware Telco Cloud Assurance (TCSA) that are EOL.
Environment
This impacts VMware Smart Assurance (Smarts, W4N, NCM) and VMware Telco Cloud Assurance (TCSA) that are End of Life (EOL).
Cause
Adhering to Broadcom's EOL Policies.
Resolution
For customers on versions of products that are EOL versions, there will be NO support provided.
