Deploy option grayed during Aria suite installation in the SDDC manager

Issue/Introduction
You are installing the VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle and the deploy option is grayed out.
Environment
VMware Cloud Foundation 5.0.x
VMware Cloud Foundation 5.2.x
Cause
A failed task in the SDDC manager, stops the deployment. The SDDC database will hold a lock on the failed task.
Resolution
Validate for any tasks that are in failed state in SDDC manager.If any ensure to cancel such tasks to proceed further with the deployment.
Example - From the password management, if there is any failed password task cancel it.
Additional Information
To validate for :
1)Failed tasks for password management please refer to : Unable to perform password operations on SDDC Manager with error: "Failed to update the password. Password update task is in progress/failed state, retry after sometime"
2)To check for any process holding locks: Password manager options are grayed out for all accounts in SDDC Manager "This operation is not allowed because SDDC manager back up operations are working"
