Issue/Introduction

CAUIM integration with moogsoft for SNOW tickets is not happening. We are not recieving any alerts on moogsoft end.

UIM 23.4.1

Hub 9.36

Resolution

Unfortunately, we have not knowledge or documentation on this integration.

It is not something that is supported by Broadcom/CA.
