Not able to use LDAPS (certificate already imported)

Issue/Introduction

I am trying to setup LDAPS as the login mechanism to MC. The unsecure LDAP works fine but the secure LDAP does not. The problem is most probably in the certificate. I have imported the same certificate which is working just fine in SG and CAS but it did not helped. I am using the ip of the target server in the configuration as the MC does not have access to DNS server (it use proxy to connect to the internet), but the same configuration with the IP as host is working for the SG and CAS.

Resolution

Allow the DNS communication from the MC. With a hostname the communication works just fine
