Spectrum alarm contains model handles instead of model/device names

Issue/Introduction

We have a Spectrum alarm that passes a list of downstream entities that have lost contact.

When we view the alarm in DXops, we see the impacted entities list is model handles, not the device names. 

Resolution

Short term answer: Currently SDP sends externalIds of the impacted entities in networkkManagementLostImpacted field, not the device names. 

Long term answer: The Integration mechanism is being rewritten and would have to be considered as part of that feature. Nothing is planned at this time.
