Cleared Alarm History and Notifier shows No Event Format file exists

Issue/Introduction

When opening the Cleared Alarm History in Spectrum OneClick for a model, or when using "Show Events" in Alarm Notifier, the following shows:

An event occurred for model '' of type '' for which no event format file exists.        

Cause

The event being used is not logged in the DDM/mysql db.

Resolution

Enable logging of the event.

Launch the Event Configuration Gui - Tools  - Utilities - Event Configuration

Filter for the event causing the error. 

Select the Event Options tab then select the "Store Event in Historical Database":

Save the change and the next time an alarm is cleared it will show the correct text from the event.
