Financial Fields Department and Location for Status Report Workspace

Issue/Introduction

Are these fields available to add to the Status Report workspace?

Resolution

These two Financial fields are not available on the Status Report workspace.

The Project's Department OBS can be used instead. However the Location field is not available.

To have the Project Department OBS available on the workspace you need to make sure the Department OBS has an api alias.

For OBS type api alias make sure the name begins with obs_

Once the Project's Department OBS has an api alias you will be able to add it to the Status Report workspace.  The column will be available under the Project section.

 

 

Additional Information

There are no plans to add the actual Financial Department and Location to the Status Report Workspace.
