Explorer For Endevor doesn't allow to select a processor group.

Issue/Introduction

Explorer for Endevor allows to add, update, upload or generate element into Endevor inventory. 
When performing any of these actions, Explorer for Endevor doesn't show option neither prompt that allow selecting a processor group.
Is there a way to assign a processor group to a new element or change the processor group for an existing element ?

Environment

Explorer for Endevor from 1.7.0

Resolution

The option "Endevor: Ask for Processor Group" is available from Explorer for Endevor 1.7.0  it allows to be prompted when performing Generate, Add or Upload actions. 
The list of processor available will be listed for selection.

Note:
A selected processor group overrides the previously chosen processor.

The Explorer for Endevor settings is accessed by clicking:
Settings > Extensions > Explorer for Endevor.
The option "Endevor: Ask for Processor Group".
