When accessing Network Discover incidents the Enforce throws "Unexepected server error occurred" error

Issue/Introduction

When accessing Network Discover incidents, the Enforce throws "Unexepected server error occurred" error like below:

Cause

In the localhost log there is also the below error related to this:

06 May 2024 16:28:51,935- Thread: 132 WARNING [com.symantec.dlp.incidentwebapi.IncidentApiRestErrorHandler] User does not have any of these privilege(s), having at least one is required: view_incidents_discover

Resolution

The user accessing Network Discover incidents does not have permissions to access these incidents. Update the role related to this user and make sure that in User Privileges > Incidents section, checkbox for View is selected and Discover incidents is highlighted.
