During an investigation of an issue with the Broadcom DLP support you may be asked to gather the Advanced Server Settings of a Detection Server. Those are accessed by going to Server -> Servers and Detectors -> Overview, then by clicking on the detection server of interest and lastly on "Server Settings".
While there is no designated export functionality in the Console, those settings can be easily exported to a PDF file for easy readability by the DLP Support. Using the Save to PDF functionality is also much faster than taking screenshots of the whole page.
The easiest way to export the settings is to print the whole page to PDF. The process may differ slightly based on the browser but the concept will be the same.
1. Navigate to the Server Settings of the Detection Server in question by going to Server -> Servers and Detectors -> Overview in the Enforce Console, then by clicking on the Detection Server of interest and lastly by clicking on "Server Settings".
2. Press CTRL + P keyboard shortcut, or navigate to Print using the browsers navigation buttons.
3. Choose "Save to PDF" as the destination/printer name.
4. Save the resulting PDF file and attach it to the support case where those were requested.
