Issue/Introduction
When trying to create/synching a User from the Provisioning Manager, getting an error.
JNDI: [LDAP: error code 70 - Added object: CN=xxx,OU=x,OU=xx,OU=Managed User Accounts,DC=xxx,DC=lab No Gateway Server defined on the ADS Endpoint object...]: failed to add

IDM 14.4.x
Cause
This is due to the Provisioning Manager Exchange general tab the Exchange Gateway Server value is Empty
Resolution
The Error should be resolved by providing the Exchange Gateway Server address in the section as shown below:
