OS shows as continually testing on iOS devices

Issue/Introduction

The SEP Mobile app dashboard screen on iOS or iPadOS devices shows the OS as continually in testing status.  The OS status indicator circle will show as spinning, indicating testing of the OS is in-progress, but the testing will never complete.

Environment

iOS devices running build 6.16.2 of the SEP Mobile app.

Cause

This is caused by a bug in the 6.16.2 release of the SEP Mobile app.  

Resolution

Please update to SEP Mobile for iOS version 6.16.3 or later to resolve this issue.
