After creating a new workspace, we would like to copy all users from our existing workspace to the new workspace.
To copy users from one workspace (i.e. give existing users access to the new workspace), open the settings for a project in the new workspace and click on Add Existing User.
In the dialog box that opens, you will enter the existing Rally username and click the Add button. The user will be copied (i.e. created) in the new project/workspace.
If you have hundreds or thousands of users this can be tedious work. Unfortunately there isn't a way to do this in bulk. We recommend that you contact your Account Team so that they can engage Technical Services on your behalf to write a script to do this in one bulk run.
We also recommend that you use in-app feedback to file a Request For Enhancement (RFE).
