Unable to line up Kubernetes Cost History and Cost History report

Issue/Introduction

We can not line up kubernetes cost history report to cost history report at this time.

Resolution

This is due to the fact that the kubernetes cost history report does not include cost from hourly intervals when a node is running without containers.
