Service cannot be started because of DB configuration problem

Issue/Introduction

The following error is noticed in the app-ca.log/app-system.log:

SEVERE: Servlet [Clarity Web Control] in web application [/niku] threw load() exception
com.niku.union.config.ConfigurationException: The application failed to start because of a database configuration problem.

It is noticed when a command such as the following one is issued in the command line:

service start app

Cause

Mismatched DB and Folder Structure versions.

Resolution

Install the appropriate Folder Structure that matches with the DB version.
