SLA Quality of Service Constraints do not refresh the Target Content when a new Source is selected

Issue/Introduction

The below list includes the steps that are needed to reproduce the issue:

- create a QoS constraint

- create a second one with a different source

- now, when editing the first one, and expanding the "target" list, the targets from the second source are displayed. To get the correct results, the "source" field has to be changed to a different one, and then changed back to the first one again. The target list will be refreshed for the desired source. 

 

Environment

DX UIM 20.4 =<CU10 and 23.4 =< CU1

This issue will be fixed in 20.4 CU11 and 23.4 CU2.
