Issue/Introduction

When trying to login to Rally, user receives "Login Failed  400: Bad Request Error Code:  LOCKED_OUT"

 

Cause

The user's ID is locked in Broadcom's Okta instance.

Resolution

Please open a Rally Support ticket, include the username and a screenshot of the error.
