Issue/Introduction

This article will show how the user can encounter their PBE account getting locked and how they can reset the PBE password on their own.

Cause

• The user account after 3 unsuccessful login attempts gets locked for 30 minutes.

 

Resolution

• The user gets a locked notification email where they are notified when their account will be unlocked.
