Issue/Introduction

We have Custom reports deployed and a couple of reports are having issues. When accessing the report from IDM we see the below error in the jasperserver.log.

Arguments: /IM/reports/Custom_Password_Reset

The same report works fine when browsed from the report server.

Environment

 IDM 14.5 on RHEL9.2 and JasperReport 8.2 on windows 2019. 

Cause

A typo mistake (case sensitive) in the IDM report name, which is the task name.

Resolution

After correcting the report name in the Report Server (matching it with IDM task name), browsing the report from IDM works as expected.
