Error installing DX UIM 20.4 on Windows 2022 - Windows DLL failed to load

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to run the DX UIM 20.4 installer on Windows Server 2022 the following error occurs:

Cause

Compatibility Issue

Resolution

DX UIM 20.4 is not compatible with Windows Server 2022.   

Only DX UIM 23.4 (or higher) are compatible with Windows Server 2022.
