Editing Remote Monitoring profiles show empty fields on DX UIM 23.4.*

Issue/Introduction

Some fields are not populated when editing existing Remote Monitoring profiles.

       1. Remote System Monitoring (Enhanced) example; Host Location, Available Login Credentials, Available Templates List

 

2. ICMP Monitoring (Enhanced) example; Host Location

Environment

DX UIM 23.4 and DX UIM 23.4CU1 (23.4.1)

Cause

Known issue with DX UIM 23.4 and mcsuiapp_portlet 23.4/23.4.1

Resolution

•  If Running DX UIM 23.4 GA (Base Version) 

1. Upgrade DX UIM 23.4 to DX UIM 23.4CU1 (23.4.1) 

UIM Server 23.4 - Cumulative Update 1
Operator Console 23.4 - Cumulative Update 1

2. Download and import the attached mcsuiapp_portlet version 23.4.1.1 package to the UIM archive
3. Deploy mcsuiapp_portlet 23.4.1.1 to all OCs

•  If Running DX UIM 23.4CU1 (23.4.1) 

1. Download and import the attached mcsuiapp_portlet version 23.4.1.1 package to the UIM archive
2. Deploy mcsuiapp_portlet 23.4.1.1 to all OCs
