Issue adding Log Insight in Skyline collector web interface

Environment

• Aria operations for logs: 8.14.1
• Skyline: 3.5.0.2

Cause

• TLS handshake is interrupting on port 9543 between the Skyline collector and the vRLI worker nodes or integrated load balancer VIP.
• Network security in place that drops the TLS handshake between the Skyline collector and the worker nodes or the vRLI VIP

Resolution

On Skyline, port 9543 need to be allowed for TLS handshake.
