Service Desk Manager upgraded from 14.1 to current release 17.+. Attachment upload/download was working before the upgrade, but after the upgrade, any attempt to download or upload the attachment is generating error code AHD05949. We reviewed the KB article 116630 with the same error code of AHD05949, but it did not help.
Stdlog.log entry shows:
... The repository daemon (rep_daemon:) is not running, unable to initiate a session. open_upload_session request message timed out, set and increase NX_REP_DAEMON_TIMEOUT value:

Deprecated disk/path location.
The repository path was pointing to a disk that has been decommissioned or no longer in use. One can use the diagram shown below to create new or validate the existing attachment servlet path. Also ensure the same value is reflected in NX.env file under @NX_SERVLET_SERVER_URL variable for all servers.
