Horizon Dashboards display "No Data" in vRealize Operations Manager 6.x or later

Issue/Introduction

• One or more Horizon dashboards in vRealize Operations Manager 6.x or later display No Data on one or more widgets.
• Metrics are available for Horizon objects under All Metrics.

Cause

The filtered Horizon objects do not exist when the Horizon dashboards are created.

Resolution

To resolve this issue edit and save each widget to refresh the dashboards with the correct list of filtered objects:

1. Log into the vRealize Operations Manager UI as admin.
2. Navigate to Dashboards.
3. Click the desired Horizon dashboard under All Dashboards > Horizon.
4. Hover over the top a widget in the dashboard and click Edit Widget.
5. Click the Save button to re-save the widget.

Note: No changes need to be made.

6. Repeat steps 3-5 for all other Horizon Dashboards and Widgets.

Data should immediately display in the widget after saving it.
