Issue/Introduction

In some instances, after changing time zone in Messaging Gateway (SMG) via the Administration > Configuration > host > DNS / Time configuration page, the dashboard traffic graphs and messaeg summary shows no data.

Environment

Version: 10.8.0, 10.8.1

Resolution

This issue may be addressed by restarting the Control Center web application from the SMG command line or by restarting the Control Center appliance / virtual machine.

  1. Login to the Control Center command line using the admin account
  2. Restart the Control Center web application
    service controlcenter restart
