Issue/Introduction

EEM release 12.6.7 installed in SDM 17.3 environment as part of ITPAM upgrade to release 4.4, but users are unable to login to ITPAM.

Resolution

EEM release 12.6.7 cannot be used for authentication in SDM release 17.3 environment. Since the current environment is CA SDM 17.3 and there is a prerequisite provided in the techdocs linked in the "Additional information" section for EEM 12.6.7, the recommendation is to install EEM 12.6.6.
