APM Agents - the date Format of the "Release " metric has changed

Issue/Introduction

In the past :

    Release 2023.3.0.4 (990004)

In new Agent releases

   Release 24.3.2.15 (990015)

the year was former YYYY and now it is YY

This metric format change is impacting reporting and administration of the environment, for example: we cannot easily sort by version number to determine whether the agents are up to date, there are other use cases. 

What was the reason of this change?

Cause

The Product version has changed in DX APM Agents to align with Broadcom level (BU level standards)
