Issue/Introduction

Allow SaaS Ops to suppress notifications during Emergency Maintenance Windows.

Customers may not have enough FTE resources to be available to receive status messages from Broadcom during off-hours, causing confusion and damaging confidence in the platform. 

Resolution

 

I just had a confirmation with our development team and Product Manager, this enhancement was accepted and it is being evaluated in what release will be rolled out.
