Issue/Introduction

When configuring multiple LDAP servers in CA Business Intelligence for DX NetOps (CABI), it is not failing over to second LDAP server when first does not respond.
The order in which the servers are placed does not make a difference. 

Environment

CA Business Intelligence for DX NetOps (CABI) all supported versions.

Resolution

CABI does support multiple LDAP servers, but to move on to a second LDAP server, the first must respond (for example with the fact that it cannot authenticate the user).
