Enable Additional VDI Clone Functionality in an ORG

Issue/Introduction

Additional VDI Clone Functionality needs to be enabled in an ORG

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Supported Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Windows Sensor: 3.7.x and Higher

Resolution

Create a case with Support with Cloud Login URL and ORG Name, with request for the VDI Clone feature to be enabled

Additional Information

• This should enable the VDI Inventory option in the console for vdi clones
• The user guide states the following

  To enable the VDI Clone functionality in your environment, you must contact Broadcom Carbon Black Support.
