Issue/Introduction

Within a Hierarchy, a disabled conditional formatting rule is applying the formatting when it should not. The rule is disabled, no investments have been imported yet and now after importing an investment that meets the conditional formatting on the disabled rule, it is being applied and should not.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. In a Hierarchy, on the Investments Module, create the hierarchy with some Demand Custom Investment (CIT), Project and Idea instances on it and create a view
  2. Create a Conditional Formatting (CF) rule on the Demand Custom Investment attribute and save the view
    • Observe the conditional formatting is applied to the Demand Custom Investments that meet the conditions
  3. Go to a different Hierarchy which does not have any Demand Custom Investment instances and make sure the conditional formatting rule is disabled
  4. Import some 'Demand Custom Investment' instances on that hierarchy and observe the grid formatting

Expected Results: The conditional formatting should not be applied when the rule is disabled.

Actual Results: The conditional formatting is applied although the rule is disabled.

Workaround: None.
