Is there a method to review the Top Secret Parameter File for syntax errors without recycling Top Secret?

Resolution

The answer is that there is no way to review the Top Secret Parameter File for syntax errors or typos.
If you issue a Modify command and have the wrong syntax then you would receive a syntax error.
But when you put information into the Parameter file you are not actually entering the data, so it is not being read until a Recycle or IPL is done.  If there is a syntax error or typo you would receive messages in the syslog during a Recycle or IPL.
