Issue/Introduction

If "Oracle VM VirtualBox Guest Addition" is installed on the Oracle VM machine, mouse cursor is not displayed when we take control of it with RC Viewer. Mouse cursor is displayed in the RC Viewer but not on the remote host.

If "Oracle VM VirtualBox Guest Addition" is NOT installed all is working fine.

Environment

Client Automation - All Version
Agent installed on a Oracle VM VirtualBox

Resolution

Problem occurs if with "Mouse integration" is enabled before taking Remote Control with RC.

So following workaround could be used :

1- Before RC Session, on Oracle vm machine, right click on the mouse icon (on the bottom right) and select "Mouse Integration"

The icon becomes grey with a yellow arrow. This is indicating that "Mouse Integration" is not enabled and pointer is not captured.

2- Take control of the machine with RC
Mouse cursor is displayed and working fine.

3- Right click again on the mouse icon to enable again the "mouse Integration", the mouse cursor is still displayed.
Remark : I should press RIGHT CONTROL key to uncapture the mouse and keyboard from vm machine.
