Issue/Introduction

After upgrade, some of users in Service Point can see featured offerings, and some can't.

The upgrade could be major version upgrade like from 17.3 to 17.4, or could be rollup patch upgrade like 17.4 GA to 17.4 RU01.

Environment

Service Management 17.3 and higher

Resolution

For those who can't see featured offerings from Service Point, they would need to delete the browser cache and then start a new browser and login to Service Point again.

If this does not help, please open a support case with Broadcom Support.
