Issue/Introduction

We have some systems that are being decommissioned, but the UIM administrator does not have access to them, and they still occasionally get turned back on leading to robot inactive alerts. We would like to stop this from happening until they are truly decommissioned.

Resolution

There is the option to make the alarms invisible from specific sources or based on message string. In the case of inactive alarms, they are reported by the reporting hub, so we would want to put the robot names in the 'Message string' that we no longer want to see in this example:
