How to request a Full Gatelet in CloudSOC

Issue/Introduction

A Gatelet for a specific application does not currently exist in CloudSOC Store.

Resolution

Open a support case to make a request for a specific Gatelet. Provide the URLs for the application you want to be in the Full Gatelet. Also provide the Activities that should be included for support with the Full Gatelet.

 

Additional Information

A Custom Gatelet may work for the application. Custom Gatelet supports Upload, Download, Login, and Logout activities. If more than those activities need to be monitored by Gatelets, then request the Full Gatelet support.
