Users in Audit are showing as IP addresses and not Usernames

Issue/Introduction

In Audit -> Users tab, the users show as IP addresses and not Usernames

Resolution

Configure IP Address mapping on the SpanVA server. Ensure that WMI is enabled in the network, including on any Proxy or Firewall that the SpanVA server would use to reach the Cloud. There are 3rd party WMI utilities and command line commands that can be used to verify WMI connectivity.
