Resource Availability slice data show incorrect data

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a calendar 'A' with parent set to the box Standard calendar.
2. Create a calendar 'B' making it a 9 hours per day calendar with parent set to calendar 'A'
3. Create a calendar 'C' making it an 8 hours per day calendar with parent set to calendar 'B'

• Standard=8 --> A=8 --> B=9 --> C=8

4. Create a labour resource and set its calendar to 'B', check to ensure its Availability is changed to 9 hours. 
5. Run the Timeslice job
6. Change the labor resource calendar to 'C' (8 hours per day), check to ensure that the resource availability is set to 8 hours per day. 
7. Run the Timeslice job
8. Check the slice data

Expected: The Availability slices will only contain 8 hours per day

Actual: Availability slice has an entry for 9 hour per day.
