Restrict access to controller.cfg, hub.cfg and security.cfg to non admin users

Issue/Introduction

Security teams might request to restrict access to non admin users to some DX UIM sensitive files like security.cfg on DX UIM Servers and  DX UIM sensitive files like controller.cfg and hub.cfg from all Windows DX UIM robots.

Resolution

The user running the DX UIM Service (Nimsoft service) on all robots (including DX UIM Server and all hubs and robot) must have full access to those files (hub.cfg, securiity.cfg, etc.).

Other than the users running the service, it is possible to restrict access to other users (that are not the users used by the Nimsoft service) to the mentioned files.
