MUX - Unable to see Config Option on Status Report widget on Hierarchies canvas.

Issue/Introduction

In the Hierarchies canvas status report widget is not showing Config option when clicking on Configure button.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to MUX
2. Go to Administration->Blueprints
3. Make a copy of Standard Investment Hierarchy blueprint.
4. Click on the blueprint and Edit.
5. Go to Modules and Add a Canvas called Dashboard.
6. Publish this blueprint.
7. Navigate to Hierarchies and update blueprint to the one modified in the previous step.
8. Click on hierarchy and go to Dashboard tab.
9. Click on Configure and add table widget for status.
10. Click Done and notice Configure gear is still displayed.
11. Clear browser and notice expand icon is now displayed on Status table.
12. Click on Configure again and notice that the expand icon is still displayed on Status table.

Expected Results: Configure gear option should only display when in the Configuration mode.

Actual Results: Configure gear option displays even when user is not in the Configuration mode.

Workaround: Click on Expand option and close.
